Mindfulness At Home Series
This is a great opportunity to try-out a variety of mindfulness techniques and practices in the comfort of your own home, on an evening of your choice, under the guidance of our qualified and experienced teachers.
Our sessions will help to renew your energy, rebalance your mind, rest and refresh using present moment awareness.
In a world of technology, we have never been more connected and yet so isolated and disconnected and from other people. Our sessions will help you to reconnect with yourself and with others in each moment as you journey along your path of life.
Starts 28th March 2022 for 6 weeks
Session is repeated 4 evenings each week; Mon, Tue Wed & Thurs, join on any or all of the days.
Start time 7pm End time 7:40pm
40-minute session durations with 30 minutes of content with an additional 10 minutes for reflections, questions and observations.
Content: a blend of guided meditations, mindfulness teaching, stories and poems, with time for you to reflect and ask questions.

A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a comfortable chair or somewhere you can lie down
Mindfulness can be regarded as a very safe practice and there are hardly any occasions where it would be harmful for someone to undertake our classes, however please take a moment to read our terms and conditions of participating in our online courses
