What we do

Here at Wellbeingmind we provide Mindfulness, Wellbeing and good Mental Health courses, classes and events.

We work with the general public, businesses, charities, academic organisations, medical professionals and therapists.

Mindfulness

We have have our regular Mindfulness at Home Series.

This is a live group online mindfulness experience.

Also, we work with organisations developing and delivering mindfulness programmes to help with their own needs, e.g. change management and performance focus or stress reduction.

If someone is new to mindfulness or is unsure if it’s right for them, we run live online group taster sessions. So, at these sessions they can try out mindfulness.

In addition to the above we also teach people to become Mindfulness Teachers with a 5-day intensive and accredited course.

Additionally, to support these new teachers we hold mindfulness supervision sessions.

Also we have  CPD events which include both mindfulness and mental health awareness modules.

Good Mental-Health

Our Teachers are MHFA England Instructors and they deliver regular Mental Health First Aider and Mental Health Awareness courses. These courses result in recognised certification for those taking part.

Our regular online courses are open for anyone to join. Also we deliver our courses face-to-face to businesses and organisations at their venue.

In addition to these courses, we also have a Workshop to help embed good mental health practices and policies in organisations who have already got Mental Health First Aiders in place.

How we work

Our training courses, classes and events are delivered both online and face-to-face by Sharon with her team of teachers.

Most of our courses and classes are available for individuals to join.

Also available are private courses/classes to businesses, charities, academic organisations and health services.

Importantly, each of our courses/classes are designed and delivered with the following in mind…

  • Firstly, equip the delegate with new skills.
  • Secondly, improve the delegate’s own mental wellbeing.
  • And thirdly, to be a personally rewarding experience.
